The passing of a relative or friend can be a difficult and distressing time, especially if you have also got to deal with their financial affairs and the obtaining of a grant of probate. We are here to provide assistance and relief from the anxiety.
We appreciate that not everyone is fore warned that they have been entrusted with the role of Executor and so this can come as an additional shock. Equally daunting is the discovery that there isn’t a valid Will or any Executors capable or willing to take on their appointed role.
We can help with the completion of documents to obtain a Grant of Representation or could take on the administration of the entire estate including tax affairs. The level of our involvement is entirely dependant on your instructions.
It is a little known fact that subject to the approval of the beneficiaries and circumstances we can assist with varying the Will of a deceased so that their estate is distributed in a more tax efficient manner or more equal distribution.
