After attending Bournemouth School, Peter graduated in mathematics at Durham University before taking an external law degree at London University.  Peter takes a realistic and pragmatic approach to claims.  The commercial efficacy of bringing or defending a claim are important considerations. Peter will work closely with his client to achieve a desired outcome. Cases can be pursued under a conditional (no win no fee) agreement if appropriate. He had a recent success in the Court of Appeal in a breach of contract and right of way action. With a brief interruption, Peter has been with Aldridge Brownlee since 1989. 

Peter particularly specialises in personal injury matters including road traffic accidents, work accidents, sports injuries, accidents abroad, slipping and tripping claims.
