Childcare and Care Proceedings
The Family Team at our childcare department is headed by Andrew Pitt, senior partner in the firm, who has worked in this field for over 30 years and has been a member of the Law Society Children Panel since its instigation.
Where domestic problems occur and there are children involved, there is sometimes a need to act swiftly and decisively to protect them. Our sympathetic Family Team offer invaluable expert support at times of urgent need.
We can provide advice and representation in the Family Proceedings Court, County Court and High Court and regularly take instructions from parents and grandparents of children involved in care and supervision proceedings as well as from guardians appointed by the court.
